Me voila embarqué direction Rosslare, au sud de l'Irlande pour dix huit heures de traversée.

Here I am embarking towards Rosslare in the south of Ireland for an eighteen-hour crossing.

I’ve made it through the first 1000 kms! When planning roads with all the mapping software, France scrolls by without a drop of sweat! But today, the Cotentin peninsula has tested me physically and mentally, even though I had prepared myself for bad weather.
The end of the day is better with a little ray of sunshine. So I do not set off my emergency beacon just yet...
I’ll spend the night at Valognes located 20 km from the Cherbourg ferry to Ireland tomorrow.
