18 juin - De Fall City (Nebraska) à Nebraska City (Nebraska) |

This part of the United States and the Missouri Valley is agricultural. There are long stretches of corn and soybeans, large farms with their silos. These are today's landscapes. Between Brownville and Nebraska City I find the calm of a bike path, another former railway acquired by an association that has worked enormously to rehabilitate these railway lines in the United States: "The Rails to Trails Conservancy". In this photo, the storm rhythms the end of today's journey before Nebraska City. |

And then i arrived in Nebraska City, at Bruce and Joan's, my warmshower hosts. Bruce is pastor and cycling enthusiast. He traveled the length and breadth of Nebraska on his bicycle and now he continues to live this passion through bike travelers that he hosts in his home. And I thank him very much for the time he devoted to showing me around his city and the Lewis & Clark Museum. |

The Missouri and a thought for Lewis & Clark and their men who worked hard to follow this river north. |
